After 9 years of military service in the Army, I found my passion in helping others through fitness. I began my career as a Personal Trainer in 2013 where I became certified through the American Council of Exercise and the National Council of Strength and Fitness. Since then I have furthered my education with numerous educational institutions accredited and accepted by the American College of Sports Medicine. My experience includes working with Senior Citizens, young athletes, post orthopedic recovery and strengthening, endurance sports training, weight management, combat sports conditioning, bodybuilding sports, boot camps, and various specialized group training.
Among my many hobbies include obstacle course racing, mountain biking, hiking, water sports and bodybuilding. I am proud to be a living kidney donor and father. I am proud to be a Veteran. I am proud to be a Professional Trainer.
